Andrew Seng, LPC, is a highly experienced Licensed Professional Counselor with a deep and diverse background that spans over two decades of military service and several years of professional therapy practice. Having served 21 years in the Army, Andrew brings a wealth of personal and professional understanding of the unique challenges faced by veterans, which he integrates into his therapeutic approach.
Following his military career, Andrew transitioned into the mental health field, where he has spent 4 years refining his skills as a therapist. His approach is rooted in a client-centered methodology, emphasizing the importance of creating a supportive and empathetic environment tailored to each individual's needs. In addition, he incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients develop practical coping mechanisms and achieve long-term change.
Andrew is the founder of White Rabbit Therapy Group, where he leads group therapy sessions designed to address key issues affecting veterans, including employment, career development, depression, and anxiety. His practice is also inclusive and LGBT-friendly, ensuring that clients from all backgrounds feel welcome and understood.
